Were looking for a Part-Time Assistant Manager Level 2 to help lead the store. Youll support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, recruiting, and team development. You should be adaptable, sales-driven, and able to build strong customer relationships.

What You'll Do

Support your Store Manager in achieving sales and customer engagement goals.

Help recruit, develop, and retain a passionate, collaborative team.

Create buzz and promote new products using social media and store initiatives like BOPIS and curbside pickup.

Ensure the store operates smoothly, balancing operational duties, delegation, and customer service.

Monitor shrink/loss prevention, payroll, and staff schedules.

Communicate with retail leadership and HQ about trends and customer feedback.

Analyze sales reports and use data to meet sales goals.

Merchandise the store effectively, launching promotions on time.

Develop your team into high-performing, customer-focused associates.

What You'll Need

1-2 years of retail management experience, especially if you love music and pop culture.

Proven success in leading teams, with skills in communication, recruiting, operations, and team development.

Strong skills in communication, time management, professionalism, and operational tasks.

High school diploma or GED; degrees are a plus.

Ability to adapt quickly and handle the fast-paced retail environment.

Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.
