LCB Senior Living is seeking a Business Development Director for XXXX. The role involves developing and executing strategic plans to identify top external accounts in the Greater Boston market, building professional relationships, and generating qualified referrals.

Key responsibilities include:

Developing strong professional relationships in the market for consistent referrals

Prospecting for new referral sources while maintaining existing relationships

Supporting referrals to ensure successful closing and transition

Achieving quarterly targets through strategic planning and execution

Marketing LCB's differentiators to the market and industry professionals

Qualifications:

Key requirements for the Business Development Director include:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferred)

3-5 years of business development sales experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality

Strong verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

Experience with CRM systems (preferred)

Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
