About the job Recruiter

The Recruiter plays a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our healthcare organization. This position requires a deep understanding of the clinical landscape, including knowledge of various pediatric healthcare roles, certifications, and compliance requirements. As a full-cycle recruiter, this role coordinates the interviewing and onboarding process in support of the facilities and corporate office.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Sourcing applicants and conducting interviews to fill open positions.

Attracting qualified candidates through various platforms, including databases, online employment forums, and social media.

Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to ensure alignment with open positions; evaluating candidates for cultural and operational fit.

Developing recruitment strategies and building a strong candidate pipeline across the clinical and ancillary medical fields.

Designing and implementing a recruitment program that aligns with company goals.

Identifying future hiring needs and developing comprehensive job descriptions and specifications.

Execute the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation, pre-boarding and onboarding staff.

Work with Human Resources Manager on compensation and incentive packages.

Performs market analysis and benchmarking of current and new roles as planned.

Providing recruitment reports for leadership and maintaining dashboards.

Promote Sunshine Pediatric Day Centers employer brand and ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.

Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years experience in full-cycle recruiting

Strong experience in recruiting for clinical or healthcare roles preferred.

Must be proficient in reading, writing and speaking in English Skills:

Proven experience in recruiting, preferably within the healthcare or clinical sector.

Strong understanding of clinical roles and the healthcare industry.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong ability to align multiple teams and maintain schedules throughout the onboarding process.

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and quality.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
