Production Line Lead - Night Shift

Position: Manufacturing Line Lead Location: Grove City, OH Pay Rate: $25-$32 per hour Shifts: Multiple shifts available A leading U.S.-based manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Line Lead to support high-speed glove production operations at its state-of-the-art facility in Grove City, Ohio.

This position is ideal for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude and leadership experience who are looking for a clear path to advancement into a Supervisor role.This opportunity offers long-term career growth, competitive pay, and the chance to work in a forward-thinking organization committed to operational excellence and product quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a high-speed production line, overseeing workflow, output, and personnelSupervise, train, and coach 8-10 production team members per shiftTroubleshoot mechanical and production issues to minimize downtimeEnsure daily production targets are met while maintaining high quality standardsMaintain a clean, safe, and GMP-compliant work environmentCoordinate with maintenance and engineering teams for equipment supportMonitor inventory and materials; ensure SOPs and documentation are currentApprove timecards, manage overtime, and assist with shift planningQualifications3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with leadership responsibilitiesStrong mechanical knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting skillsExperience with automated equipment or production machinery preferredEffective communication and organizational abilitiesAbility to lift up to 55 lbs and remain on your feet for 12-hour shiftsHigh school diploma or GED required; technical training or some college coursework preferredWillingness to work off-shifts, weekends, and rotating schedules as neededPreferred ExperiencePrior experience in a Line Lead, Team Lead, or Shift Supervisor roleExposure to lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiativesFamiliarity with GMP, SOPs, and quality/safety standards in a regulated manufacturing environmentExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering and maintenanceThis is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a company experiencing rapid growth while developing your career in a leadership capacity.
