Our clients include retail centers, distribution facilities, parking garages, restaurants, and other commercial and industrial properties.

We take pride in delivering consistent, high-quality service and are looking for a dependable Production Manager to lead our overnight operations.This is a leadership role that combines fieldwork, crew management, logistics, and client coordination.

You'll be responsible for making sure every job runs smoothly-from setting up trucks and trailers to the final walkthroughs-while setting the standard for safety, quality, and professionalism.

The schedule for this position is Sunday-Thursday from 10:00 pm - 6:30 am.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead with a "Safety First" mindset in every aspect of overnight operationsSupervise and support nightly pressure washing crews at various job sitesOperate and transport power washing equipment (CDL vehicle use when needed)Enforce safety standards and ensure team members follow proper proceduresCoordinate daily job schedules, assignments, and logisticsConduct job site inspections to verify quality and adherence to safety protocolsTrain new employees in equipment operation, job procedures, and safety practicesCommunicate with the operations team and clients to resolve on-site issuesMaintain and manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment Qualifications5+ years of hands-on field experience (pressure washing, landscaping, construction, facility services, etc.)2+ years in a leadership or supervisory roleValid CDL (Class B or higher) - preferred (need to get within the first 90 days) Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, work overnight, and in outdoor environmentsStrong leadership, communication, and time-management skillsDetail-oriented, reliable, and committed to safety and service qualityWe've got you covered.At Tendit, we recognize the dedication our employees bring every day.
