We are seeking a motivated and committed Quality Technician.

The Quality Technician ensures quality standards are met during the manufacturing process.The following are the major duties and responsibilities of the Quality Technician:Complete Receiving Inspection per Work Instructions.Test realization of pellet specific gravityTests realization of Melt flow ratePrepare material test reportsAssurance the Check Fixture UsageMaintain Calibrations per QSI Calibration database.Provide maintenance to Check fixture devicesPerform of Scrap Entry-ReportingComplete testing per Work Instructions.Completes forms, recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data.Assist in training new operators to WI's and customer specification requirements.Overtime is sometimes required which may include weekends.Adhere to ISO 14001 requirementsAdhere to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirementsAdhere to Customer Specific requirementsExecution of layered process auditsNote: This section is not inclusive.

Education can be substituted with equivalent experience.
