Welder/Fabricator

A Welder/Fabricator is responsible for the repair of equipment by welding and fabricating parts as needed for equipment.

Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCreate quality welds to ensure equipment is operableInspect welds for accuracyPrepare product wot be welded by grinding, drilling and cutting steel or aluminum partsChange welding wire as neededMaintain welding equipmentMonitor equipment and request maintenance when required.Perform simple maintenance and repair as neededUnderstand and comply with company, customer, and health/safety policies, and any other regulations that are required.Reports any and all incidents immediately.Able to work in all weather conditionsPerforms other duties as directed by management.Required SkillsKnowledge of oil field equipment preferredAbility to assess and troubleshoot equipment failureMust be able to work in fast-paced environmentMust possess organizational and problem-solving skillsMust be able to lift 60 lbs.

The role occasionally works in all weather conditions, including but not limited to: extreme wind, rain, cold, heat, etc.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position.

This position regularly requires long hours and weekend work as job duties demand.Licenses & CertificationsValid Driver's LicenseClass A or B CDL preferredEducation & ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalentPrevious welding/fabricating experience preferred
