Your Role

In this unique hybrid role, you’ll combine process excellence with strategic communication. You’ll lead impactful Lean initiatives that improve how we work, while crafting stories and campaigns that bring our transformation to life for thousands of Aptiv employees around the world.

What You’ll Do

Lead cross-functional projects to improve processes and efficiency.

Coach teams in Lean thinking and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with automation and service delivery teams to scale best practices.

Create engaging internal communication campaigns, events, and content.

Support leadership in driving change and boosting employee engagement.

Your background:

Lean Six Sigma certification

2+ years’ experience in business/process improvement and change management

2+ years in internal communications, marketing, or related field.

Excellent English communication skills – clear, creative, and persuasive.

Experience with SAP, ServiceNow, PowerBI, and other digital tools.

Strong skills in PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, and Word.

Project management, planning, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

High energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to engage and inspire diverse stakeholders.

Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
