Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant General Manager to lead one of our prestigious Boston-based restaurants. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in managing high-volume, upscale dining establishments. This role demands a hands-on approach to deliver outstanding service, drive revenue growth, and foster a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of service standards.

Develop and mentor a team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of hospitality and excellence.

Drive guest satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and engagement.

Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Manager in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment.
