About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Relationship Manager to join our team. The Account Relationship Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of our employee benefits services. This position requires a proactive and customer-focused professional with a deep understanding of benefits programs and a passion for client success. This role provides a strong foundation of MB management skills, with clear growth potential toward an Account Manager position.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their unique needs, and developing strong, trust-based relationships.Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews to assess client satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for service improvement.
Benefits Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and employee benefits goals.Provide expert advice on benefit plan design, compliance, and industry trends to help clients optimize their benefits programs.
Renewal Management: Coordinate the renewal process, working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate renewals.Analyze and present renewal options to clients, providing recommendations based on their needs and market conditions.
Problem Resolution: Proactively address client issues and concerns, collaborating with internal departments to resolve challenges promptly and effectively.Act as an advocate for clients within the organization, ensuring their voice is heard and their needs are met.
Client Education: Conduct open enrollment meetings to educate clients on benefits, as well as other topics, including compliance, wellness initiatives, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee benefits, account management, or a related role. Industry experience may substitute for formal education.
Valid Life and Health license preferred.
Strong knowledge of employee benefits, insurance products, and industry regulations.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
