How will you make an impact? You will:
Define project boundaries and deliverables requested at FSS level
Participate to the budget/resource elaboration as well as the quarterly review together with the project requester
Manage the budget associated to the projects under his responsibility together with the concerned stakeholders and Propose any changes/amendments to the budget Project Management
Elaborate and maintain the project / activities roadmap
Capture proactively the activities and needs from the relevant entities / Group IT
Carries out the implementation in the respective area of expertise
Drive the relevant resources in order to support the delivery on-site
Follow and promote the Group IT project management methodology Service Management Delivery of projects with respect to Group/industry standard methodologies
Act as a partner with both business and IT stakeholders to define the project scope
Plan resources
Coordinate the activities up the closure phase with respect to the three pillars: Scope, Time and Budget
Ensure the quality of deliverables and measure the client’s satisfaction
Identify and manage issues and risks
Maintain a clear and consistent reporting and communication strategy at every stage of the project
Define services to be provided remotely or on-site by FSS in collaboration with GT teams
Contribute to the definition of KPI and associated SLA related to project deliverables
Ensure smooth transition to operational teams
How will you experience success with us?
Basic knowledge of Networking (mainly Cisco and Cisco Meraki)
Basic knowledge of Hosting platforms (Nutanix and Cloud based IaaS / PaaS /SaaS solutions)
Intermediate knowledge of Windows
MS Office – strong knowledge with focus on collaboration tools (Teams, Sharepoint, Onedrive) and project management tools (MS Project is a plus)
Basic knowledge of voice solutions (mainly Cisco based)
You have 5 to 10 years of experience in project management preferably in luxury/retail and have already operated in a transversal environment (PMI/Prince Certification is a plus)
You are organized and autonomous and have demonstrate solid communication and analytical skills, proactivity, and team spirit
You are client oriented and open-minded
Knowledge of Service Now or any other tool for incident, problem, change and asset management
Deep knowledge of ITIL processes especially incident, change, problem, asset management (ITIL Foundation certification is a plus)
You are fluent in Italian and English
