Credentialing & Certification: Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days Required Certifications: BLS: Yes Board Certification: Required Fellowship: Not Applicable Additional Information: Holidays: The provider is allowed time off on major holidays including New Year's Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Privileging: Hospital or surgery center privileges are required, though no admissions or temporary privileges will be necessary.

Special Considerations: ACT 10 compliance is acceptable for this role.
