We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join us in delivering full life-cycle recruitment services to our team in Barneveld and across Europe. You will support hiring managers in filling open positions by offering expert guidance throughout the recruitment process.
Key responsibilities
Deliver end to end recruitment services from intake to offer across all functions, (including blue collar and white collar)
Create and implement hiring strategies based on proactive sourcing and selection
Build and strengthen trusted relationships with hiring managers, senior stakeholders and the wider HR team
Use knowledge of competitors, recruitment practices and market trends to deliver talent insights and optimize the right approach to hiring
Deliver excellent candidate experience driven by strong communication and engagement from initial screening to start date
Adopt a results driven approach based on continuous improvement
Support the development of a strong employer brand to support Stoneridge’s ambition to be an employer of choice
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Demonstrable delivering full cycle recruitment in the Netherlands and across Europe within tech, automotive, manufacturing or industrial sectors
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and using proactive problem solving to drive change and achieve results
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Proficient in Workday or similar talent management system. Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and Word
Fluent in Dutch & English. Fluency in another European language is a plus
Strong organizational and analytical skills
What we offer:
Salary based on knowledge and experience, range: 4.759 - 6.581
Full-time employment of 40 hours per week.
8% holiday allowance
Hybrid role (3 days a week in Barneveld)
Travel allowance home-work: 23ct per kilometers one way up to a maximum of 50 km
