Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and sales.
Manage content across the company’s social media channels.
Analyze and report the performance of digital campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to create content that aligns with the target audience.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and suggest relevant implementations.
Create engaging graphic designs for marketing needs, including posters, banners, social media content, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand visual design requirements that support marketing campaigns.
Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines.
Manage design projects from concept to completion, including revisions and finalization.
Assist in creating both print and digital materials for internal and external use.
Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends and implement them in the work.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the tools, hardware, or manufacturing industries.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software.
Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
