What will you be doing here?

En Natura estamos buscando a nuestro próximo Jefe de Tienda para nuestra tienda ubicada en Calama!

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Cuáles serán tus funciones?

Implementar las estrategias comerciales y políticas definidas por la empresa (campañas, activaciones comerciales, exhibiciones, entre otros).

Brindar una experiencia de servicio y consultoría personalizada y cercana al cliente, demostrando conocimiento de los productos adquiridos en los distintos entrenamientos, de manera de orientar y fidelizar a los diferentes clientes de sus tiendas a cargo.

Monitorear los diferentes KPI's comerciales, operativos, logísticos y de stock de productos de las tiendas a cargo, de manera de crear y/o implementar planes de acción.

Gestión de stock: solicitud semanal de pedidos, seguimiento semanal de stock, control de caducidad de los productos.

Gestión de caja.

Liderar los procesos de gestión de personas de los equipos a cargo (horarios, licencias, ausencias, desempeño, trabajo en equipo, resolución de conflictos, entre otros).

Cuáles serán tus condiciones laborales?

Jornada laboral 5x2 en horario de mall.
