35,000 to 40,000 Monthly gross We are seeking to hire a mature, highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Administrative Assistant who will also offer social media management support in a timely manner to ensure smooth running of the Executive’s office.
Duties and Responsibilities: Administrative duties Act as the primary point of contact between the Executive and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for business use.
Coordinate complex calendars across business, family, and personal obligations.
Prioritize and anticipate conflicts to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain organized files, office supplies, and documentation Ensure professional standards in all office and admin processes Arrange domestic and international travel logistics Plan and manage events ranging from business meetings to family gatherings Exercise utmost discretion in all matters Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate Social Media Duties Draft, proofread, and manage professional, personal, and social media correspondence Support project planning, execution, and research across multiple ventures Assist in managing the Executive’s personal brand across social media platforms Capture and curate quality photo/video content.
Collaborate with content creators, editors, and designers Organize family calendars, children’s activities, and personal events Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field Proven experience as an administrative or Personal assistant or a similar role, preferably supporting high-level executives with multiple business and personal responsibilities.
Proven experience in social media management or content creation.
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in office productivity tools and social media platforms.
Familiarity with travel booking and expense management systems Discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
