We are looking to recruit a reliable, friendly, and highly organized Customer service officer to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing outstanding patient care.
Role Description: The customer service officer will serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the dental practice.
Duties & Responsibilities Greet and assist patients & visitors in a warm, professional manner.
Obtain, verify, and update patient information in accordance with clinic protocols.
Ensure accuracy in patient records, including billing and insurance information.
Guide patients in completing necessary documentation and insurance forms.
Manage incoming calls—answering, screening, and directing appropriately.
Schedule and confirm appointments, and relay messages accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Support the dental team by initiating calls as requested by dentists or the office manager.
Stay updated with clinic policies and operational procedures.
Uphold excellent customer service and support the clinic’s customer care strategy.
Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' front office/reception experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel); familiarity with dental or health management systems is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Professional telephone etiquette and customer service orientation.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
