On-Call Certified Nurse Aide - Wilson Care Group - Full-Time - Earn $700+ Weekly with a $1500 Bonus!

Are you a dedicated and experienced caregiver looking for a rewarding opportunity? Wilson Care Group is seeking compassionate Certified Nurse Aides with at least 6 months of experience to join our FLOAT program. Enjoy the flexibility of choosing your schedule and make a difference in the lives of our clients!

Flexible Scheduling Options:

Work 2-3 days (20-30 hours of float availability) at $17.00/hour

4-7 days availability with fluctuating salary tiers:

4 Days (40 hours): $700

5 Days (50 hours): $800

6 Days (60 hours): $900

7 Days (70 hours): $1,000

Annual salaries for FLOAT positions range from $39K to $54K.

As a Float Nurse Aide, you will need to be proficient in a range of skills, including use of Hoyer Lifts, Gait Belts, and Slide Boards. Experience in providing bed baths, showers, brief changes, and peri-care is essential. Our Float Aides work with diverse clients, including those with combative/aggressive behaviors, dementia, hospice needs, and stroke recovery.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation

Ability to provide care across a full spectrum of clients during emergency response situations

Must be responsive to phone calls, texts, and emails during assigned FLOAT times
