Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer in San Antonio, TX. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, preparing financial statements, managing finances, analyzing data, and daily financial reporting. This role will encompass some typical higher-level Controller duties and lead a team of 5-6 Accounting professionals. Base salary up to $175,000 annually depending on

experience with bonus opportunities.

Demonstrated financial management and analysis experience including internal control and cost reduction activities, tax reporting, financial reporting and trend analysis, project coordination, workflows, budgeting, risk management, and banking relations is highly desired.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Accounting/Finance Leadership experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related Business Field (Master's Degree Preferred)

• Previous CFO experience preferred

Having these certifications is a plus:

• CPA, CFA or CMA certification
