This position is responsible for providing coaching, leadership and delivery of services to Build Capability, maximize Associate Engagement, and ensure Talent Acquisition. Works closely with an agile HR team to serve key internal plant customers supporting their talent needs to drive their business. Develop and execute action plans as agreed upon with key customers. Assists HR Manager as an employee champion and role model of a positive people first culture and functions as a consultant to management.

Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
Creatively utilizes appropriate channels to establish sourcing pool of talent that generates quality candidates while being cost-effective. In a timely and thorough manner, recruit quality associates.
Acquires targeted talent with internal customers utilizing a recruiting strategy to establish
Identify ongoing activity to support succession
Manages job postings and advertisement processes.
Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
Assists with HR daily functions including, payroll, compliance, and employee enrichment

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources and/or a closely related field with a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
Prior labor relations experience is required
