Responsibilities:

As an On-Call Float Nurse Aide, you will utilize your expertise to provide comprehensive care, engaging various home healthcare techniques. Your responsibilities will encompass providing bed baths, showers, brief changes, transfers, and dementia/Alzheimer's care among other essential tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum one year of experience as a nurse aide or valid CNA certification.

Experience with client transfers, including using a hoyer lift and gait belt.

Empathetic and compassionate attitude towards clients.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt to the unique needs of different clients.

Current First Aid/CPR Certification - Classes available if you need to update your certification.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Immediate responsiveness to calls/texts/emails during assigned On-Call shifts.

Flexibility in adhering to an On-Call schedule.
