Recruiter

The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for driver and forklift operator positions.

The role requires a clear understanding of the organization's staffing needs, proactive sourcing through multiple channels, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

The Recruiter ensures candidates are well-suited to both the role and company culture while providing a professional and efficient experience for applicants and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Recruiting drivers and forklift operators.

Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates with the required skills and experience.

Conduct reference checks.

Conduct candidate interviews.

Documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions.

Prepare employment contracts and other necessary documents for new recruits.

Collaboration and Candidate Experience Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, and provide regular progress updates, and address recruitment-related concerns promptly and effectively.

Maintaining positive relationships with candidates, including those not selected.
