Store Manager
Join a family-owned company, that has been in business for over 76 years. Here,“Service Matters.” We’re seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead daily operations, inspire staff, and deliver top-notch customer service. This position is based in Alva, Oklahoma.

Store Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED required (college degree or management certification preferred)
· 3+ years of management experience, preferably in retail or convenience store operations
· Ability to supervise, train, and develop employees and Assistant Managers
· Strong financial management skills, including labor, inventory, and cash handling
· Willingness to work 45–55 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends
Store Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
· Strong leadership and team-building abilities
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management
· Ability to problem-solve and make sound operational decisions
· Must pass a background check, drug test, and obtain Oklahoma Alcohol Serving License
