Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Work as a team with the entire staff

Always create a great guest experience

Assist in the development of new menu items

Help manage dining room and FOH daily operations

Help oversee guest satisfaction and help resolve issues as needed

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience

Pleasant, polite, and a focus on guest service

Ability and passion for training, motivating, and leading a team

Good communication skills
