Want to work in the Hamptons and NYC? We are a growing high-end restaurant and catering group producing upscale events in NYC, the Hamptons, Charleston, and Miami.
You will be responsible for exceptional food service, customer service, and operations by managing all aspects of the kitchen, guest interactions, and catering functions. You will be directing and motivating your team to provide customer service that elicits genuine smiles. As the Executive Chef, you will be an internal part of the profitability of the kitchen. Executive Chef Responsibilities:
To ensure that these are followed and monitored through a series of audits
All preparations are as per the standard recipes
The food served is of high quality
The kitchen does a timely execution of all orders placed by the Restaurants
To ensure cost control and evaluate ways and means of guaranteeing low food cost without compromising on the quality of the food
To ensure that a high standard of food quality is maintained, as per the standard recipes
Collaboratively work with the home office and other managers daily
Executive Chef Qualifications:
5-10 years of experience in a scratch kitchen
High-volume experience
Understands quality
Exhibits a hands-on approach and is proud to be a patient teacher and coach to their team
Five years’ experience as an Executive Chef
Culinary Degree preferred
Complete acumen of all financial reports.
