Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Supply Chain Finance Analyst to join our international finance team. This position supports financial performance, cost transparency and strategic planning for the International Supply Chain & Operations organization. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, and finance leaders across regions and be instrumental in providing insight and visibility into cost drivers, financial performance, and improvement opportunities.

In this role, you will

Develop and maintain financial forecasting models for APAC P&L

Analyze historical cost data to guide future planning and budgeting decisions

Support forecast cycles and budget planning by consolidating global inputs and identifying key cost drivers

Prepare and maintain dashboards and automated reports in Excel, Tableau or similar tools

Coordinate and support regional savings tracking, CAPEX evaluations, and project profitability assessments

Collaborate with business partners to evaluate investment decisions (e.g. go/no-go, financial modeling)

Ensure timely and accurate financial system inputs during forecast and planning cycles

Assist in global dashboard coordination and reporting process optimization (Alteryx, Tableau)

Drive process improvements and identify automation opportunities across finance deliverables

Communicate complex data insights clearly to senior finance and operations stakeholders

Desired Background / Knowledge / Skills

Strong analytical, organizational, and financial modeling skills

Proven ability to interpret and synthesize large datasets

Experience with Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization tools

Familiarity with supply chain finance, cost accounting or operations finance

Understanding of global business processes and matrix collaboration

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with Oracle and/or Alteryx is a plus

Basic Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or financial analysis

Fluency in English, both written and spoken
