Caregiver Home Health Aide

Job Description

We are seeking a Caregiver/Home Health Aide to become a part of our dynamic team! You will provide ADL assistance to consumers in the consumer's home.

Responsibilities:

Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities

Monitor and report changes in consumer health status

Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing

Provide individualized care following a modified care plan

Medication maintenance

Teach family members ways to assist consumers

Qualifications:

Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields

Positive and patient demeanor

Ability to build rapport with consumers

Ability to handle physical workload
