Job Title: Special Education Teacher (SPED – LBS1 Certified)

Location: La Salle, IL 61301

Pay Rate: $85/hour before taxes and benefits

Contract Length: 42 Weeks

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-Time (In-Person)Responsibilities:

Deliver specialized instruction to high school students with a range of disabilities.

Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families.

Monitor student progress and adjust instruction based on individual needs.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.Requirements:

Must hold a valid Illinois LBS1 certification.

Must be available for mandatory in-person training (August 11–15) and to begin the school year on August 18.

Prior experience with high school students preferred (minimum 1 year recommended).

Must be available to work Monday through Friday, on-site in La Salle, IL.Contract Details:

42-week contract

$85/hour, before taxes and benefits, paid weekly

Full-time, in-person position only (remote not available)
