Practice Manager Team Lead Location: Belgrade, Serbia Position Summary As part of the Services Product Management organization, the Practice Manager Team Lead will have two primary responsibilities.
The Team Lead will support the work and coach as required the Practice Managers in developing the materials required for successful service delivery.
In addition, the Practice Manager Team Lead will also be responsible for the practice activities specific to the Software Management services.
Both require working across Services and Software Product Management groups, IT/Engineering and Services Operations to define and develop the processes that will be used to deliver the Service portfolio.
Working closely with the Regional Offer and Services Product Management teams, the Practice Team Lead will identify any gaps in the people, processes and tools that would prevent the successful deployment / delivery of products and services.
* Support the Practice Management Team in developing and delivering the required materials for successful service delivery, including: * Creating Capability Blueprints- Blueprint is a design and planning document guiding the user how to design, onboard and support a product/service * Defining Runbooks - A Runbook is a planning document guiding the user how to onboard and support a product * Documenting Onboarding activities - Document describes onboarding process, procedures and roles and responsibilities specific to a service * Developing Training material - Various levels of documents that provide training, how-to's, for specific products/services to a variety of users however generally for the Operations and Onboarding teams * Drafting Support Plans - Field level documents that outline how to Customer Engineers are to support the devices * Communicating -to downstream service partners changes in service definition, materials, etc.
Qualifications * Proven track-record in service and technology management, including a minimum of 5 years in a services strategy, operations or technical capacity * Previous experience leading and supporting a team * Solid technical background with experience in Enterprise Architecture an asset * Strong background in ITIL and IT Services Management, ideally with ITIL accreditation Self-directed and a self-starter are key attributes for a successful Practice Manager Team Lea Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.
