B&C Fire Safety is a 50 year locally owned, family focused company with offices in Fort Walton Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, and Panama City Beach. B&C Fire Safety specializes in all facets of fire protection products and services. Our clients are comprised of commercial, industrial, hospitality, military as well as numerous local, state, and federal government entities. Our life safety protection services include the design, installation, inspection and maintenance of fire extinguishers, fire sprinkler systems, fire suppression systems and fire alarm systems. Our current territory spans the entire Florida Panhandle including Pensacola, Panama City, and Tallahassee.

We are currently seeking a qualified Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to assist in our continued growth.
We have immediate openings for a Fire Sprinkler Project Manager
Job Requirements/Duties are as follows:
Minimum of 5 years installation experience in the Fire Protection Industry
Post sales take over of projects from management
Knowledge of all NFPA codes and standards
Working knowledge of all types of Fire Sprinkler Systems (wet, dry, pre action, deluge, fire pumps, backflows etc.
Oversee all aspects of jobs, perform quality control to ensure that work is of the best quality, managing foreman and crews to ensure all jobs are profitable and reports to Fire Sprinkler Manager
Attend all required Job site meetings
Create and maintain efficient, profitable schedule for sprinkler technicians and coordinate with field superintendent and management
Coordinate delivery of tools and fabrication required for projects
Provides Job progression reports to management daily and prior to progressive billing
Communicate with foreman on needs for projects
Communicate changes in scope of work to management for pricing
Self-motivator, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Aggressive follow up skills
Manage customer needs and prioritize work as needed via email and phone
Maintain accurate and precise documentation daily
Perform work in an efficient and organized manner
Computer/MS Office skills are necessary
Nicet II Certification in Inspection & Testing of Water Based Systems is a plus but not required
Communicate in a professional manner and display professional appearance
Provide excellent overall customer service
Territory of work – Florida Panhandle
Candidates for the above positions must:
Possess a high school diploma or GED required
Possess a valid and clean driver's license required
Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check
