Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated energetic chef with store and/or restaurant experience to operate and manage a growing seafood market, off premise catering, and Food Truck business. Candidates should be experienced in the restaurant or Food Truck industry and have a strong culinary background. This position also oversees the staff of the seafood market and food truck, manage inventory, cooks and prepares salads, soups and seafood for the market. This is a full-time salaried position.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
Check freshness and quality of food
Assist in the development of new and exciting menu items
Standardize recipes
Qualifications:
Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
Knowledge of cost and labor systems
Passion for food and cooking techniques
