What will you be doing here?

Atuar como agente-chave na materialização da estratégia da companhia, garantindo a orquestração do portfólio de transformação e o alinhamento entre a alta liderança, as equipes de execução e os objetivos de negócio. Com forte capacidade analítica, postura de dono e alta influência, será responsável por impulsionar entregas da sua frente de trabalho, antecipar riscos e facilitar a tomada de decisão em fóruns executivos.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Liderar fóruns executivos com VPs e diretores, conduzindo sessões de governança com clareza, objetividade e foco em impacto

Participar das sessões do Comitê de Transformação, com a presença do Comitê Executivo

Gerenciar o portfólio de iniciativas estratégicas, assegurando alinhamento com as prioridades corporativas e disciplina na execução

Antecipar riscos, atuar de forma proativa na resolução de problemas críticos e garantir a remoção de barreiras à entrega

Promover articulação entre áreas, desdobrando os objetivos estratégicos em planos de ação concretos, com clareza de papéis e responsabilidades.

Estabelecer e acompanhar marcos, KPIs e entregas chave, sustentando a cadência de acompanhamento e o foco em geração de valor.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

Formação superior completa;

Pós-graduação em gestão de projetos;

Espanhol intermediário.

Experiência com projetos de transformação/inovação.
