Job Title: Graphic Designer Location: Dahisar, Mumbai Experience Level: 2–3 years Job Type: Full-Time Brand: Hyuman We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to lead and execute the end-to-end design process across digital, packaging design, video, and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Product packaging: Design innovative and eye-catching packaging for new and existing products across various formats (boxes, labels, containers, wrappers, etc.). Collaborate with product development, marketing, branding, and supply chain teams to ensure packaging aligns with product requirements and brand standards.
Create dielines, prototypes, and final production-ready artwork for vendors and manufacturers.
Select appropriate materials and finishes based on budget, environmental impact, and product protection needs.
Conduct competitive research and stay updated with packaging design trends and innovations.
Ensure all designs meet regulatory, safety, and compliance requirements for the target markets.
Work closely with print vendors and production teams to ensure quality and accuracy in execution.
Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers for product photo shoots and branding projects.
E-commerce & Marketing Campaigns: Coordinate with e-commerce manager and Design creatives and marketing assets for e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, etc.
Develop campaign materials for promotions and sales across the website, social media, and WhatsApp marketing.
Creative Direction & Execution: Lead the creative process from concept development to final execution across digital platforms, social media, packaging design, and video content.
Maintain brand consistency while delivering innovative and engaging visual content.
UI/UX & Content Development: Design intuitive and visually appealing UI for the company’s e-commerce website and mobile app.
Create infographics and brochures to simplify complex product information and support user transition to a new platform.
Video & Reel Editing: Edit product videos and Instagram reels to highlight key features and enhance storytelling.
Ensure all video content aligns with brand tone and drives engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, XD), Figma, or similar tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce design, packaging, branding, and social media content.
Solid understanding of UI/UX, color theory, typography, and layout.
Experience in video editing, especially for reels and product showcases.
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Experience in D2C or consumer product brands, especially in an e-commerce context.
