Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Construction Management Administrative Aide to support project and program teams.
The CM Administrative Aide will assist in maintaining accurate project documentation, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth daily operations of project management activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with document control including tracking of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
Schedule and coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute materials.
Enter data and updates into project management systems (e.g., Prolog, Procore, Primavera, or eBuilder).
Assist with onboarding documentation for vendors and contractors.
Coordinate with district personnel, consultants, and construction teams.
Prepare project-related correspondence, reports, and status updates.
Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding items with stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an administrative role within a construction environment.
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Bluebeam, and project management tools.
Excellent organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
