Primavera Database Analyst

Job Description

Position Overview:

The Primavera Database Analyst supports the scheduling and program controls teams by analyzing, validating, and reporting on Primavera P6 database information. This role ensures data accuracy and supports schedule analysis to facilitate project delivery and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Extract, analyze, and validate scheduling data from Primavera P6 databases.

Prepare and generate scheduling reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for project teams and leadership.

Collaborate with schedulers, project managers, and database administrators to resolve data discrepancies and improve schedule quality.

Support data integration efforts between Primavera and other project management tools like Procore or SharePoint.

Provide training and technical assistance to project staff on Primavera reporting and data interpretation.

Participate in schedule reviews and support claims analysis or change order documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

3+ years of experience working with Primavera P6 scheduling databases.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data extraction and reporting tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools).

Knowledge of construction scheduling principles.

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.Company Description
