As a Client Communication & Growth Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring they are informed, supported, and empowered to achieve their goals. You'll play a critical role in nurturing client relationships, monitoring campaign performance, and driving pipeline growth.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional service.

Monitor client communication channels (email, etc.) and respond promptly and professionally to inquiries.

Manage and update clients on the progress of their marketing campaigns and pipeline activity.

Proactively communicate campaign updates, insights, and recommendations to clients.

Schedule appointments and manage client calendars.

Analyze client pipelines and identify opportunities for growth.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Adapt to evolving processes and technologies.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive hourly rate of $18 - $24 per hour, depending on experience.
