Junior AR Accountant EMEA

The Role

You will play a key-role within established Finance Team in Poland with responsibility for AR activities related to Global GV entities. The main purpose of the job is:

Constant contact with customers regarding their accounts

Working with cross-function teams to provide guidance and resolution on pending collections

Presenting outstanding balances to management with status and updates by account

Reconciliation of the accounts

Processing receivable invoices and orders

Maintaining invoices sent VS goods sent

Working on EMEA region hoursWhat you will need to be successful:

Good in SAP, Microsoft Excel and Word

Knowledge of GAAP financial reporting

Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills in English

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Quick learner and teamplayer
