Job Description:

We are hiring Store Managers to manage and oversee operations at our clients’ stores, including leading fashion brands, FMCG outlets, retail chains, and quick delivery businesses. The Store Manager will be responsible for smooth daily operations, customer satisfaction, inventory handling, and effective team coordination.

Responsibilities:

Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Handle customer queries, build strong client relationships, and maintain high service standards.

Oversee inventory, stock management, and timely replenishment.

Coordinate with staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.

Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate / Diploma / 12th pass with relevant skills.

Good communication and client-handling skills.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilities.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.

Eligibility:

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Candidates with prior retail/store management experience will be preferred.
