We are looking for our next great property manager. The property manager will oversee the coordination and supervision of service providers and be accountable for all on-site property management, including local marketing, all tenant relations, and financial reporting.

$36,000 - $60,000 yearlyResponsibilities:

Coordinates and oversees on-site operations including budget implementation, vendor relationships, contractor workmanship, rent collections, accounts payable, etc. to ensure smooth operations of the property

Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants

Collects rent, pays bills, schedules and keeps track of expenditures to help ensure financial goals

Establishes rental rate by surveying local rental rates and calculating overhead costs, depreciation, taxes, and profit goals to ensure fair and competitive pricing

Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases

Complete our step-by-step training system

Contact and follow up with buyers, sellers, and investors who want to have their properties and future properties managed

Responsible for timely and consistent follow-up with pre-qualified leads who have contacted us regarding having properties managed.

Uphold the highest standards of diligence within our industry

Use our proven scripts, systems, and technology

Qualifications:

Enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent customer service

Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends

B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required

Basic understanding of MS Office

Demonstrable skills in negotiation and selling
