**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Part-Time HR Assistant to support our HR department in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR assistant or in a similar HR role.
- Proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems, and general office software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Conduct new hire orientations, collect required paperwork, and assist with onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Help with employee relations activities and events.
**Schedule:**
This is a part-time position, typically consisting of 20 hours per week.
