Guest Interaction

Greeting and Seating:

Welcome guests, show them to their tables, and ensure they are comfortable.

Menu Presentation:

Provide menus, explain specials, and answer questions about food and beverage options.

Recommendations:

Suggest menu items, beverage pairings, and complementary products to customers.

Order Management

Taking Orders: Accurately take and record food and drink orders for kitchen to prepare rightly.

Communication: Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff, noting any special dietary needs or requests.

Order Delivery: Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally to tables.

Table and Dining Area Maintenance

Prepping and Resetting:

Prepare tables for service by arranging settings and clearing tables after guests leave.

Cleanliness:

Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the dining room and service areas.

Side Work:

Restock server stations with supplies like cutlery, napkins, and condiments. Company Description
