PhysicsWallah is hiring for Senior Associate - Facility Management

Experience: 2-3 Years Into Facility Management/Equipment maintenance(IT/BPO/Studio/EdTech)

Location: Panipat - Haryana

B.Tech or Electrical Diploma preferred

Local candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Managing overall facility operations, including HVAC, electrical, DG sets, and fire safety.

️Implementing preventive maintenance strategies to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime.

Coordinating with vendors and contractors for facility-related services and AMCs.

️ Ensuring compliance with safety standards and optimizing energy usage.

Knowledge of operation of VP in all aspects of Administration & Facilities

️ Operation/working of equipment like AC, DG, UPS, etc.

️ Handling Smart boards & classroom equipment

Knowledge of all Admin & Facility related SOPs

Tracking daily electrical consumption & service records of facility equipment

Keeping records of diesel consumption and receipts

Knowledge of store/inventory operations

️ Service & maintenance of all equipment
