Education: Any Degree (Preferably from IT Background)
Relevant Experience: 6+ Years IT Domestic recruitment
Strong knowledge of Indian job market, salary trends, and industry practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Proficiency in sourcing techniques (job portals, headhunting, social media, referrals).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets.
Handle end-to-end recruitment: Client handling, requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Build and execute effective sourcing strategies through job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, TimesJobs), social media, referrals, and networking.
Manage bulk hiring, niche hiring, leadership hiring, and critical positions within agreed timelines. Act as a point of contact for clients/hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. Provide market insights and recruitment strategies to stakeholders.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio).
Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and maintain a high candidate experience.
