Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Assistant to work directly with the CEO in driving strategic product initiatives. The role involves assisting in product research, documentation, coordination, and execution of product initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical, and eager to grow in the product management space
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the CEO to support product vision, strategy, and execution.
Prepare product documentation including requirement briefs, reports, and executive presentations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Support) to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
Track key product metrics and prepare dashboards/updates for leadership.
Assist in planning and executing product launches and go-to-market strategies.
Manage timelines, follow-ups, and ensure project deliverables are achieved.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field.
0–2 years of relevant experience (internships acceptable).
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work across teams.
Strong organizational, analytical, and research abilities.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and eagerness to learn from direct leadership exposure.
