Title: Assistant Manager – Finance (Capex &Expense Management)

Qualified Chartered Accountant with 0–2 years of experience. •
Strong understanding of Capex and Expense Accounting.
CTC Bracket - 10 LPA
Responsibilities: Capex Accounting: Manage end-to-end process of capital expenditure accounting: • Creation of POs based on approved capex budgets • Verification and booking of vendor invoices • Maintenance of assetregister and capitalization records • Conduct Capex vs. Budget variance analysis and reporting
Expense Management: • Book operating and other expenses after ensuring: o Correct classification, GL mapping, and necessary approvals o Compliance with TDS, RCM, and budget guidelines • Review expenses to ensure alignment with planned budgets and flag deviations. • Support month-end closing through accruals and provisioning. • Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for audit schedules, reports, and clarifications. • Engage with business teams to drive timely and accurate expense recognition. Requirements: • QualifiedChartered Accountant with 0–2 years of experience. • Strong understanding of Capex and Expense Accounting. • Good working knowledge of GST, TDS, and indirect taxation compliance. • Proficientin Excel and ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally, etc.). • Analytical, organized, and an effective communicator.
