Position Overview

The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Myrtle Beach branch, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset in a high-pressure, customer-driven environment. While electrical knowledge is a plus, it is not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage branch operations to achieve company goals.

· Supervise and support team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

· Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service.

· Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to ensure timely supply of materials.

· Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.

· Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

· Collaborate with senior management to align branch operations with overall company objectives.

Qualifications

· Proven leadership or management experience (preferred in a construction, trade, or service industry).

· Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

· Strong customer service and communication skills.

· Inventory management and ordering experience required.

· Knowledge of electrical services or construction industry helpful but not mandatory.

· Team-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and support staff.
