Collaborate closely with the ANM Project Manager to align technical progress with overall project timelines and deliverables.

Provide technical updates and risk assessments to stakeholders in a professional, client-ready format. Technical Execution

Conduct assessment of the existing SCCM environment and provide recommendations for migration readiness.

Enable co-management between SCCM and Intune and ensure all machines are properly listed as co-managed.

Lead device enrollment into Intune and migration of applications from SCCM to Intune.

Package and configure applications, compliance policies, device configurations, and conditional access policies within Intune.

Oversee user data migration, device configuration transfer, and application settings migration.

Build and configure up to four Autopilot images for deployment.

Validate successful migration through testing, troubleshooting, and compliance verification.

Manage decommissioning of SCCM upon successful transition. Training & Knowledge Transfer

Deliver admin-level training on the newly configured Intune environment.

Document technical processes, procedures, and configurations for client reference.

Provide post-migration support during closeout to ensure a smooth operational handoff. Qualifications

7+ years of experience with Microsoft endpoint management technologies (SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD).

Demonstrated experience leading SCCM to Intune migrations or similar enterprise-scale endpoint management projects.

Strong knowledge of device compliance policies, conditional access, security baselines, and modern management principles.

Hands-on expertise with application packaging, deployment, and policy configuration in Intune.

Excellent communication skills with proven ability to lead client meetings, draft clear project communications, and present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong documentation skills, including project plans, recap notes, and technical design documents. Preferred Skills

Driving a seamless transition from SCCM to Intune with minimal disruption to city operations.

Maintaining proactive, clear, and consistent communication with client stakeholders.

Demonstrating leadership by organizing meetings, leading technical execution, and ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule.

Providing lasting value through knowledge transfer and training, leaving the City of Lakewood with a stable and secure endpoint management environment.
