Summary:

Assist the lead mill fabricator in building cabinet parts with precision and efficiency

Operate machinery and handle heavy materials as part of daily tasks

Ensure all cabinet parts are accurately measured, cut, and organized

Collaborate with team members to maintain clear communication and workflow

Uphold quality standards through inspections and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret shop drawings and use measuring tools accurately

Safely lift and move heavy panels (MDF, melamine, plywood) up to 100 lbs.

Operate table saws and panel saws to cut cabinet components

Mark, label, and organize materials for each job

Track and record material usage and submit lists upon project completion

Requirements:

Some carpentry experience required

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

None required, but woodworking or carpentry training a plus

Skills:

Knowledge of table saws and woodworking tools

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Physical stamina to lift and maneuver heavy panels

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
