Donor Experience Senior Associate

Serves as the Donor Experience Senior Associate for the Development and Alumni Affairs office within the College of Pharmacy. This position will assist with event and meeting planning logistics for multiple alumni events both local and national. The Program Assistant will support donor relations and stewardship activities including gift acknowledgements, assist with endowment fund management, donor impact reports and other related donor and stewardship activities. This position will also assist with all supporting activities of the office including maintaining and managing schedules, travel arrangements and reimbursements; coordinating mailings, answering phones, and resolving inquires; data entry, reporting, researching information, and general office coordination including ordering supplies.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required. Candidate should possess strong writing skills, interpersonal and customer service skills, have the ability to quickly learn a complex customer/alumni database, and work with sensitive/confidential information. Proficiency with MS Office products. The ability to interact with faculty, staff and students in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient with a high-level of professionalism and confidentiality is critical to this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, decision-making ability and attention to detail are important for the success of this individual.

Additional Information:

The pay range for this job profile is $51,500 - $67,250. The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's qualifications.

The College of Pharmacy believes in a healthy work/life balance, therefore, the work arrangement for this position is hybrid (i.e., remote and in-office), subject to change based upon the needs of the organization and as determined by College Leadership.
