Location: Leesburg, Ashburn, Lansdowne, Purcellville, Aldie, Sterling

Service Area: Loudoun County

Schedule: Flexible shifts available day, evening, nights and weekends

Pay: Competitive compensation based on experience, with weekly direct deposit

Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and professional care in clients homes

Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation

Monitor client health and report changes in condition

Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for clients

Requirements

Current CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Virginia (or willingness to complete our PCA training course)

Current TB/PPD test and First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)

Reliable transportation to reach clients throughout Loudoun County

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others
